For changes, cancellations, or a concern with your order, please contact Madelia as soon as possible.

Small orders

Cancellation or change requests should be made as early as possible. Once production has started, changes may be limited.

Custom event orders may require a separate timeline for quantity changes, packaging approvals, deposits, and cancellation windows.

If something is not right with an order, clients should contact Madelia promptly with order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
