These terms outline the expected order flow for Madelia madeleines, gift boxes, and event presentations.
Fresh-baked orders
Madelia products are prepared in small batches. Availability, flavor selection, packaging, pickup, and delivery timing may vary by order date.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed when payment is completed through checkout and Madelia accepts the requested timing and presentation details.
Event orders
Large orders, custom favors, and event trays may require lead time, final quantity confirmation, and written approval of presentation details.
